27" iMac hard drive noise

I just picked up a 27" iMac with the 1 T HD. I can hear the hard drive any time the computer is "working". Took the first one back to the Apple store and exchanged it, thinking I had a defective machine. The replacement makes the same noise.
Anyone else having this issue? Are these things supposed to be this noisy?

Apple copia Wi-Fi Sync

Che Apple abbia dei buoni "fotocopiatori" in azienda non è una novità, tanto meno che Apple introduca negli aggiornamenti funzioni che si potevano ottenere precedentemente attraverso il Jailbreak.

(Ricordiamo tra questi: sfondo, multitasking, notifiche in stile Andoid, tethering, cartelle ecc...)

Angry Birds RIO su Iconia Tab W500 Windows 7

Ho appena provato Angry Birds RIO sul mitico Iconia Tab W500 armato di Windows 7 (che non è mio Triste ) e devo dire che va UNA CANNONATA!!!

Avevo il tablet poggiato su una superficie di legno e mi si girava mentre toccavo lo schermo (con l altra mano filmavo A bocca aperta col mio LG Optiumus 7)

Davvero MITICO!!

Apple's security experiences another iFail Are you sure you can trust that cloud?

Fruity cargo-cult Apple might be pinning its future on the cloud, but its attitude to security might sink the whole thing.

It is starting to look like Apple's iTunes store has been hacked. Apple knows about it but is adopting its standard position of denying that it is happening while frantically trying to fix it.

Last Wednesday, people started getting billed by iTunes for stuff they had not bought. Mostly this was credits for Sega's "Kingdom Conquest" which could then be laundered into real money.

Leggo su Twitter alcuni commenti sul WWDC (World Wide Deficients' Conference):

...proprio voi utonti Apple avevate deriso la Microsoft per questa stessa feature!

...Dropbox, Sparrow, Instapaper, Readability, Remember the Milk, Facebook, RIM... tutte cagate!! Cosa c'è di veramente nuovo oggi?!?

...a quanto pare Apple ha finalmente scoperto l'esistenza di Internet!!

...basta!! Ogni volta che seguo un keynote al WWDC, il mio cervello comincia a pensare che siamo nel 1999 !!!

...stavolta Apple ha dovuto correre per tentare di stare al passo con la concorrenza!

iCloud will store your photos in the cloud, but only the last 1000. Skydrive is forever.

Apple has never been known to be very original, but at least they always managed to successfully claim credit for perfecting features, even if they stole them from others.

OSx Leon : Apple indietro di una generazione

Questa sera al WWDC sarà presentato OSx Leon ,

senza girarci troppo intorno, Leon è una generazione indietro a Windows 8 per le seguenti ragioni.

Leon non unifica IOs e OSx, anche se avrà parti del UX molto simili.

Leon non girerà su Tablet ARM , quindi coinviverà con IOs

finalmente i MACcaron's potranno ingrandire una finestra

Solo con la prossima generazione di iOSX i MACcarons potranno allinearsi al capolavoro Microsoft che tra l'altro ha ancora alcuni siluri da mostrare all'ultimo minuto.
